I'm supposed to be working on a layout for KME homes. I can't think. My brain is in reverse, and I don't know how to shift. I think the gears are sticking anyway.

Yeah, it can be hard to get started. Look at things to make you inspired, look at their current site, and compare it to other sites of the same sort. Get your color pallette down, then see what works with their logo. When all else fails, read a magazine and see if any of the shapes in it catch your eye!
